Dr. Chan did my Endo back in December 2025. He was so kind & answered all my questions about the Endo. After the Endo, he came & tell me the results. Great Doctor.
Don't trust this doctor. Him and Richmond University hospital refused to do two procedures, which is dangerous for me not to be done, He sooo insensitive, rude and nasty. He's out of touch and doesn't really care about his patients. Stay away from this practice. Very dangerous! I agree with Anthony, the previous reviewer,

Dr. Chan Wallen’s professionalism left much to be desired during my recent experience. I underwent an endoscopy due to persistent reflux symptoms, which were affecting my breathing and were indicative of LPR, or silent reflux. During the procedure, I felt uncomfortable, and afterward, he merely stated that everything appeared normal. Unfortunately, Dr. Chan offered little in the way of guidance or treatment options.
