I like him, he’s an old fashioned doctor. He’s knowledgeable and actually calls you back if you’re having an issue.

Dr.Chan is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, the biggest issue is the wait times. If you have an appointment scheduled and come in, you’ll wait anywhere from an hour to three hours. I had a 3 o’clock appointment and was late to my 6 o’clock shift(I work 15 mins from the office). The people complaining about the receptionist are just overly emotional. She’s very direct and doesn’t sugar coat things, so if you’re easily offended then I get the complaint but just don’t take it personally.

The one star isn’t because of the Dr Chan but the nasty staff that represents him. During the end of Covid before my scheduled colonoscopy, I took a Covid test 3 days before the colonoscopy. I felt horrible the night before. I used my head thinking I had it, but no one ever called me to tell me that I was indeed positive because the report did come back positive.
