So I came across this spot from a Facebook page. Think his name was JL Jupiter, I hope I didn’t chop his name up. I ordered the same exact platter he had and boy was it SLAPPING!!! Chicken was crispy even with the sauce and they were some of the best plantains I’ve ever gotten from a Chinese store they were so fresh!
