When Charles Chan and his team completed the conveyancing on my parents’ interstate property, the calmly competent service given was such a relief. I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Chan Lawyers, as well as with Raine & Horne for referring clients to them. Chan Lawyers have proven to be both lazy and unprofessional in their handling of important documentation. Instead of guiding clients through the legal process, they place the responsibility back on you, expecting you to know everything and constantly chase them for updates.
