The best!
I’ve been seeing Dr. John Chan for almost 10 years, and he’s truly the best. He treats you like family and genuinely cares about your health and well-being. He’s smart, professional, and always gives the right diagnosis and treatment that really helps. I always feel safe and confident under his care. Honestly, I’m starting to worry about the day he might retire — it’s hard to imagine finding another family doctor as excellent as him. He’s one of a kind, and I’m so grateful to have had him all these years.
Not one to leave negative Google reviews, but I can’t say I’ve had a satisfactory time at this office. I’ve had plenty of frustrating encounters with Dr. John not respecting boundaries and brushing off concerns. The reception is the main concern though. I have always been patient and understanding toward them, but when I tried to fight for my own health, they seem to worsen their already belligerent, rude, and frankly disrespectful attitude. the reception is rude, lacking any compassion. it takes a couple weeks to get in, even for a very sick child. if you do get an appointment, you are rushed in and out. my family is not getting good care here.
