Very dishonest dental office. I only cleaned my teeth and only was a 45 minutes appointment. When they claim the insurance, they try to make more money, and used up all my insurance by charging two bitewing x-rays( but they didn’t do xray for me) also put on so many extra charges. Already reported to the insurance company of their dishonest. I've had work done by Kincaid and plan on going back to him a lot, mainly due to not going to a dentist for a decade. For the amount of work he's doing, very minimal pain. He keeps me informed, allowing me to make educated choices about my care. His costs are VERY reasonable. I even fell asleep in his chair. Everyone at the office might be good. But I know who will be working on me. Call and request him
Dr Chan , I have had Dr Chan for my dentist , for many years! I used be nervous going to the dentist, Dr Chan has removed that fear! He does great work , and painless . Always very professional also great staff! Thanks to everyone at the office!
