I went to this facility last night. It was raining so badly and I could not get to the nail spa I love and usually visit. This has got to be the worst pedicure I have ever had. The technician who serviced me actually cut my toe causing it to bleed, and was non-nonchalant about it as though it was no big deal. The individual who appeared to be "managing" the spa at the time came over and I explained my displeasure.
