Very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. I had a very disappointing experience at Champtires. The staff were dishonest, and the manager supported them instead of addressing the issue. They handled my car carelessly and showed little regard for my property. On top of that, they made unlawful charges without proper explanation (by the name of transaction fee or whatever) and kept me waiting due to their own mistakes during the installation.
