For several years now, I have watched how management at Champs Sports at Mall St. Mathews conducts their interviews by the water fountain with the sunlight in the interviewees eyes. What an unfair way to conduct an interview. Let's reverse the situation and make you the interviewee and see how much more nervous/uncomfortable you are.
I went there last Monday, put my name, number and shoe size on the paper for the white retro 11's. The male worker told me that a staff will be calling to pick up my shoe and that I was guaranteed to get this pair. But I have been waiting and I finally called them and they have sold them. Unprofessional and a liar.
Tiana is the only reason I would EVER go back because one person that work s there said that half the customers wouldn't be back after there tax money ran out and the girl Sherryse at the register dose not make eye contact or speak to you maybe you all should pay your staff better so I can get quality customer service I already don't like to shop in store and I'll take my business to Foot Locker next time ... The prices are exactly the same any way
