Kevin was incredibly professional and helpful, and he did a great job with my area rugs. I left a message on his website Thursday, he responded and came by same day Friday, and was able to deliver the rugs Monday morning. I had a white fuzzy rug and an oriental rug cleaned, both were done impeccably. His service prices were more than reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied I decided to call Champs Rug & Sofa Cleaning.
