The bozos were using brushes that had been sitting on the ground, and they ended up putting numerous scratches in my NEW vehicle's paint. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way. Aside from that issue, the rest of the car wash experience was fine. The wash itself worked as expected, but the damage caused by the brushes significantly outweighed any positives. If you decide to use this car wash, I strongly suggest avoiding the brush pre-scrub service to protect your paint. They owe any previous customer a buff and wax.
Really like there service. Truck comes out clean every time and they even hand dry your vehicle after the car wash.
