Every time I try and get hot food from Champs, doesn’t matter if it’s 11 AM, 1 PM, or 3 PM they are always out of almost everything other than chicken. And when I ask when they’ll have more, I’m told not for hours. This has happened several times now. Today I went to get a three-piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, but once again there were no mashed potatoes and gravy. I originally rated you guys 1 star but after trying it again I liked it this time around. Just keep improving and care about quality consistently
I have gotten Champs multiple times, and they have never disappointed me, and the quality of the chicken has always been good!
