We've been using Champs for about 6 years. Our units are original to our house, which is over 20 years old. They have kept both units running and running well in that time, and in the current market, we appreciate their committment to repairing over replacing when repairing is an option. Using their biannual service plan has also been key to keeping our units running. If you want the best call Champs, I called at 5:30 p.m. and the tech arrived within an hour and had it diagnosed and repaired by 7:30 p.m., very professional service.
My family has used Champs for years on a wide range of minor and major jobs. They stand behind their work and will truly make things right if they are any issues. Jeff and his team are of the highest character and I highly recommend them.
