Champlin Shores is a really refreshing community to walk into. Its warm, welcoming and everyone in the community looked happy! The residents were laughing and visiting in the main lobby which was so great to see. I would recommend visiting!
One of my family members (with a disability) has been living in Champlin Shores for the past year. I think it is a very good place for her (and I looked at several places in the area before choosing Champlin Shores)---friendly and helpful staff, assortment of resident activities, well-maintained, and I always feel she is safe. After searching several facilities for my mother, Carrie Schrom of Champlin Shores was a God send. Carrie is a dedicated, responsive, very helpful, delightful, personable and mostly a genuinely caring person. She made the destress I was feeling moving my mother to a home, stress fee. She is johny on the spot when inquiring about my mother (now dad too) for questions I have and who to contact at the facility.
