I was in the market for an excavator not impressed with dealers giving me the “dreamer” treatment. I called one afternoon near closing time and Jacob picked up and got me the quote with the extra bucket I wanted as well as a quote for a cheaper machine before going home. Long story short I’m very happy with the machine kx040-5 with the 6 way. Thank you Jacob thank you back up salesman as well as the service department for getting this awesome setup together you guys rock and you’ll have my business in the future for a svl75
