This clinic is professional and amazing, the administration staff are helpful specially V , she went with us through all details and explained to us all treatment necessary and why they were prescribed. Me and my child really felt safe and all our concerns were heard.
No stars 2 hour wait after my appointment time no response no anything
The medical staff were polite; however, the overall experience was unacceptable. I waited for three hours despite having a scheduled appointment. Appointment times should be respected, and this delay shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients’ time. I was told there was a problem with the machine, but this is an internal issue and should not affect patients who have already booked and paid for the service. J’y suis allé la semaine dernière avec mon coco de presque 7 ans. Le personnel est doux, gentil, il explique clairement et très rassurant. Le temps d’attente est par contre un peu long.
