This place broke my heart. I was a patient for about seven years and it was the best practice I’d ever been to. Dr. Carracino was the best doctor I’d ever had and I even told her so, until she kicked me out of the practice. I missed one visit in 2022 and then another in December, and when rescheduling they charged me $200 for a no show and I then made a new appointment. 24 hours before my new appointment they called to tell me I couldn’t be a patient there anymore due to the missed appointment. Currently a patient here and I love the staff they are so caring and I am able to get all my concerns and questions answered
Used to be a patient here but switched to Maitri due to their unfriendly front office. I was also turned off by their skin treatments and advertisement of those services there - just felt very anti body positivity for an ob/gyn office.
All-around positive experience
As much as I hate going to an OBGYN, I felt at ease with Dr Maria G. Carracin. She was listening to my concerns and explained every step of the process. I appreciated the fact that they still took my appointment as a new resident and patient. I will definitely recommend it. Con: Reception service was not very friendly as I got no answer back for what I asked and waited 30 min after my appointment, because I was told to wait for something..turned out it was nothing, just the receptionist was confused
