I had an appointment at 2:45. There was only one other person getting their nails done when I got there. I got sat right away and they started working on my gel fill. 15 minutes later someone walked in who also had a scheduled appointment and she was sat right away as well. Then the women doing my nails got up, told me she was going to help this other lady and started working on her nails and let me sit with sticky, unfinished nails for an hour while she finished this other ladies ENTIRE set.
