Do not rent from these slumlords! All they care about is building and buying new properties. There is zero hot water in my building right now and this is DAY TWO and it happens about every 3-4 weeks. They don’t fix the real issues because they don’t want to spend that money. A new boiler system is needed but because they DO NOT care about the tenants, and the right to hot water, they refuse to fix the real problem. This place is a joke. They CLAIM to want to help end homelessness, yet the landlords treat everyone, including their own tenants like they are scum and above them. Telling a person who is visiting a tenant "why dont you get an apartment like everyone else?" Just because they currently live in their car is absolutely disgusting. This person works, doesn't do drugs, has never bothered anyone at the apartment complex, the landlords just thought he was sleeping in the parking lot so they had an issue with that apparently. Horrible customer service. Also, This organization does not care for their properties or hold standards (just look at Farrell Street SB for examples of their standards. Keep them out if you can!
