5 stars on Randy in service dept A real pro ... i had called in Brossard twice and never had a rendez vous for that recall He made it happened and everything was perfect with Randy ! On the other hand ... i had a recall and i was not impressed They could sell more if they teach the mecanics to inform the service agent right away when they see problems while under the car The sells must be bad I did the job myself ...
