J’ai pris un rendez-vous le 21 Août 2025 pour un changement de pneu. La personne au téléphone avec qui j’ai confirmé mon rdv m’a estimé 45mins d’attente pour que le changement de pneus soit effectué. Arrivée au garage ont estime mon temps d’attente à 1h. J’ai attendu 2h et 15 minutes avant de récupérer ma voiture, personne ne s’est questionné sur le délai l’entretien malgré ma présence au garage et quand ma voiture était prête on s’excuse au près de moi sans me donner d’explications sur le délai. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!! BROUGHT MY CAR UNDER WARRANTY TO CHANGE A LOWER BALL JOINT AND DIDNT BOTHER DOING THE REQUIRED ALIGNMENT , NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME TO PICK UP THE CAR , PROCEEDED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP AND ADVISED ME ITS MANDATORY FOR THE ALIGNMENT WHEN THIS TYPE OF SUSPENSION PART IS REPLACED. STEER CLEAR OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR HE EILL LIE THROUGH HIS TEETH AND SAY HE NEVER SAID THIS OR THAT AMD WILL GASLIGHT YOU IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOTR CAR AND YOYR TIME GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP

We purchased a van from them only a week ago. We were so hesitant given the written reviews, didn’t trust our gut instinct and purchased the van anyways trying to give the benefit of the doubt. We were adamant to verify the vehicle (it is used) and let us know if there’s anything that needs repair since this is a family car and we’re intending to travel immediately with it.
