I am extremely grateful for the expertise and professionalism of Dr. Rai (my Chiropractor) and Christa (my Massage Therapist). I have been a patient of Dr. Rai and Christa for over 10 years and their treatments have helped me manage and overcome chronic pain. Their advice and targeted exercises in between treatments provide me with practical strategies to improve posture, flexibility and be pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Rai and Christa, as well as other professionals at Champlain Chiropractic Clinic.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Rai for many years now and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. He provides recommendations and guidance with stretching exercises which is a great benefit. I would highly recommend seeing him or anyone else at the clinic.

I've been seeing Dr Rai for about 7 years now and I honestly can't recommend him enough. I come in regularly for adjustments, adn I always leave feeling so much better after each visit. He's really great at what he does and just an all-around kind person , which makes every visit comfortable and easy. I truly appreciate the care he provides. :)
Best chiropractor. Dr Rai does not rush and takes the time to discuss how you are , makes sure the area he treats is warmed up and relaxed .
