I had a great experience at Champlain Pet Clinic with Dr. Mehdi. My dog had severe bloating, and Dr. Mahdi quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. The treatment worked well, and my dog improved quickly. The staff were kind and professional. Highly recommend.
This clinic's operations are catastrophic. I ordered Rx cat food, and when I went to pick it up, I found the clinic had written my name on a peice of paper with 2 different other clients' personal information, phone number, email etc - a big red flag. Later, I try to book an appointment over the phone, they put me on hold for 20mins+ twice before I gave up.
