Have done business for years with them. Couldn't get anyone to call back after about 8 messages left. Finally called back and too busy to come out. Can't use our pool and and indicated we'd have to try and fix it ourselves.
I contacted this company and was told I had to agree to all the following conditions in order to have a salesperson come to my house. 1. You must agree to a 90-minute presentation, I felt like I was getting ready to buy a Timeshare. 2. You must have everyone in the household that lives their present for the 90-minute interview. Three. You must own your home which is fine because I explained to the lady I did but she said that they couldn't trust people therefore it wasn't going to be just me saying that. 4.
