Ian Edmondson is a wonderful personal trainer. I met him for the first time in early 2020. I was looking for someone to set up a strength training program to help me combat the side effects of treatment for prostate cancer. I found out that Ian is himself a prostate cancer survivor. Ian really knows his stuff. He is an encourager, but he also empathizes with his client's physical limits. Highly recommended.
I had searched for a personal trainer for some sessions, as a Christmas gift and chose Ian. He had the qualifications and experience for which I was seeking. Unfortunately, we did not go through with the training due to some health issues, but Ian was kind enough to refund my deposit in full, without delay or question. I am truly grateful. Certainly, Ian is very much a professional; courteous, honest and caring for his clients. Thank you Ian!
