Way better businesses to do business with. Staff is demeaning, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I sat there for over an hour while a staff member was eating on the phone speaking to a contractor who was trying to work with the staff with calculating material costs. All of them laughed at his questions and confusion. It was pretty ridiculous to watch.
Poor management. Refuses to pay earned commissions. I recommend going to Stone Center of Texas for all of your Hardscape needs!
Been coming back this past month and the place has really improved from before better overall service.
We purchase a large amount of stone and other materials from Champions and are always happy with the service and quality of products that we receive! They have a great selection to choose from and Cassie and Jim are rockstars!!
