Have really enjoyed living here for the past 6 mo. Rent price is good for the quality of the living space, however there is a $160 monthly charge for the washer/dryer and the smart home amenities. It is still worth it honestly, but you will have to keep it mind to add it in to what you will be paying monthly. It has been explained to us thoroughly by the leasing agent, so we understand the fee. I’ve lived here for a year and absolutely love it! The garage and backyard is a great feature to our home. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room is so inviting. The staff is amazing and I couldn’t ask for anything else! 100% recommend living here!
