We love living in the neighborhood. It’s a great place for people looking for a nice private (unlike an apartment) space without buying a house. The houses are stellar quality, and we love having a fenced in backyard. The management here is also top notch-answers any question and handles any issue so quickly. Would definitely recommend!
I have absolutely loved living here. the neighborhood is so quiet and nice, the neighbors are so helpful and sweet. I have had no problems since i’ve moved in in july. If you are looking for a family friendly, dog friendly, or just a problem free place of living, champions square is the place to live. I live in the town home and it is absolutely beautiful, the layout is perfect!!!!
Staff was polite, professional, and patient (showed me homes 3 different times 🤣). Resident portal is user friendly and conveniet. The application checklist was very helpful. Staff responded to emails quickly. Homes are nice with an open floor plan and the neighborhood is quiet. I think it's a much better alternative to renting an apartment. I'm looking forward to moving in this Saturday!
The leasing process and move in were great and easy. Homes are very nice and spacious yet comfortable. Community is tucked away for a good sense of privacy yet close to almost any store you could need. About 15 minutes to Auburn campus.
This is a beautiful neighborhood! The cottage homes are perfect for families and the amenities are great! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you’re Looking for a brand new single family home or townhome to rent in Opelika. Five minutes to Auburn, TigerTown, I-85 & 280.
