I’ll be honest it’s not the prettiest, most beautiful gym. But if you’re serious about lifting. This is the only gym in the area that goes up to 150lb dumbbells. Have every muscle group machine you need & tons of space for free weights. If you want beauty this isn’t your gym. If you want raw grit & pure lifting. This is the place
If you like an unclean/unkept gym then this is your place. Unfortunately the current "manager" does not pay attention to what's going on and neglects what's in plain sight. Too busy working on his own business endeavors. The equipment is outdated (from early 1990/Dartmouth Fitness) and normally wouldn't have a problem if everything was kept in working order and repaired within a reasonable time frame but it's not. BEST BODYBUILDING GYM on the east coast!!!!!! Old school but clean and employees that care! Everyone who goes to this gym gets major cool points!
