My experience with Champions Real Estate Group was frustrating and disappointing due to a lack of thoroughness and follow-through during a critical real estate transaction. The agent representing the sellers failed to ensure that key contractual obligations were met before closing. Specifically, the amendment executed on June 1, 2023, required the sellers to provide receipts proving that electrical and plumbing repairs were completed. Rented a house represented by this company. First moving to Texas and it was the worse experience ever!!! Moved in with holes in the wall, ripped up carpet and no AC. Took a week to get air conditioning fixed. No AC in Texas weather is hell. Later on water started leaking through the roof. Told them multiple times and kept saying let us know if it keeps happening.
