Shannon is awesome and does a great job every time! She is very friendly and has a great taste in music!!! 10/10. The shop is really cool too!
I would give -stars , very bad customer service. I stepped in around 10:30 without an appointment but they booked me for 11:30 which was understandable, I came back at 11:30 and waited for 30 mins no sign of me being called , if you cannot honor the appointment time in +/- 10 mins pls don’t book - you made my day
I take my 2 boys here (2 & 4yo) we have been seeing Jessica for about a year and a half now and I always love how their hair looks! never had a bad haircut and always looks amazing.
Posting a review for my husband. Ashley does a great job on my husband's hair. We met her in Thorndale location. Was sad they had to move. But followed her to West Chester as she is a great stylist.
Kristina is an absolute pro and her cuts are always amazing.
