The staff is friendly and kind. They addressed my concerns effectively when I asked about the kit that came in the mail.
I have an issue with reoccurring UTIs and I was tired of waiting DAYS for my results. I walked in, collected my sample and had results the exact same day! I was very impressed with the turn around time, and how nice everyone was to me!!
