Overpriced and unprofessional. The staff come off as friendly but most of them sit behind the counter and gossip as if it’s a party. When I get serviced, the woman and man that did my feet and nails had a conversation amongst each other, the woman asked me “why don’t you add gel?” I told her $20 was too expensive for the gel polish. Her and the man proceeded to continue their conversation, which i couldn’t understand, and they shared laughs. I've been visiting Champions Nail Spa since moving from Florida for 5 years now, where I get both my manicures and pedicures, as well as my lash extensions. The staff is fantastic! Recently, they brought in a new lash technician, which made me a bit apprehensive since trying a new tech often doesn't end well. I even visited two different technicians at other salons, but it was disappointing. When I learned that Champions had a new lash tech, I decided to give it a shot. Extremely overpriced! I paid $115 for a basic white tip on my nails and toes. They up charge for every single thing. $25 extra dollars for a French tip on my hands. And my nails are not even long, they are short. This is absurd. I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and I have never been charged $25 extra for a French tip. $10 maybe, but never $25. They are money hungry. I feel so taken advantage of and I will never go there again!
