Charlie represented the Buyers on a listing in Suntree that we recently closed on. This was the first time we worked together and he was one of the best, if not the BEST lenders I have worked with. Very professional and an easy to work with. Charlie always reached out to me and sent me e-mails with updates on the lending process and his clients' mortgage status. Charlie took care of us from the beginning to the end and provided excellent customer service. There were some things we needed to clarify or explained and he always answered the phone call and explained to the detail how it is going to be. The main plus is that we had never worry not to close on time and they did on time and per agreed terms;-)
