Terribly unprofessional and dishonest. We spent a week and a half jumping through hoops for these guys. After being cleared to close, while escrow was drafting closing documents, their QC department stepped in and rejected an underwriting exception that we were told was approved a week beforehand; this was literally hours before closing!
