Working with Champions TPO - especially Team Chi, Renee Lee, and Erika Ray - is an absolute game changer. They went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not use these guys if you want to have a smooth close. They gave us the run around for 2 months with stipulation after stipulation. After finally satisfying all their stips and even being issued “CLEAR TO CLOSE”, they out of the blue cancelled the loan entirely hours before signing. Leaving both buyer and seller high and dry. Do not work with this lender! We did over 20 transactions last year and this was one of our first transactions with them and they drug us along for over 2 months with horrendous communication. Then the worst part is after all of that they gave us the clear to close and then cancelled the loan the next day. Super unprofessional. Use any other lender if you want a smooth transition. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a lender before.

Its amazing how a lender will file multiple liens and encumber a title over a single loan. Normally a single DOT should suffice. This is a sure sign of predatory lending. Been there and done this before. The conditions changed after signing the preliminary documents and disclosures. My clients will be filing complaints with the CFTC, DFI and the State of NV. A lawsuit is being prepared. Be aware of this dishonest lender.
