I do not have many good things to say about the customer service I received from Renee
as someone else stated the only good thing about this place is the sauna and it’s rarely hot, and they turn it off during off hours even though it’s a 24/7 gym. additionally, they lock up half the gym even though your membership includes the entire gym. sometimes they will lock up the back room two hours early on the weekend telling me “no one was using it”. lastly, i wish they would actually enforce their rules of re-racking weights/picking up after oneself. when you bring it up to workers/manager they just expect you to gi... read more
