I enjoy my workouts here. I like the women's room for warming up. It has alot of services to offer for beginners or those who want a hard work out. If you're new to it all like I was get a trainer! They will show you equipment to help your problem areas. So get up..get out...get to Champions....You won't be sorry!
It's a gym, OK? As gyms go, this one is close to the most expensive one you can find, and they really, really want your $$ until you pay for membership. Then they pretty much leave you alone.
