Went from bad to Worse – My family and I have used Dr. Nyugen and Dr. Purwal for years. I, at one time had the utmost faith in Dr. Nyugen and loved his nursing staff as they were friendly and very efficient. About a year or so ago a big change took place in the office. I went in for a visit with Dr. Nyugen and all the aides and nurses I knew were GONE and an entire new staff was in place. Friendly but you will have to wait a lot – Not very proactive and has a problem meeting appointments. Friendly and takes good time to talk to his patients but not in a lot of detail.
