Rude community. Members have some false sense of power. If you want to live by annoying HOA members and sub par facilities then this is the place for you! Otherwise I would take my retirement to Milton/ beaches and not MAGNOLIA DELAWARE.
My husband and I were checking out 55+ developments to get a feel for the area for our upcoming move. Champions Club is a beautiful community. Unfortunately, the staff would not let us into the clubhouse because we were not residents. The desk staff was pleasant and did, however, come out into the vestibule and answer questions about the community, activities, and the area.
