UPDATE: Despite the response to this review, they never cancelled my membership. I had to call my credit card company to dispute. The disupute is not resolved and I have been charged more than 300 dollars for services I do not want or use after having gone through the process. This company does not hold up their end of the bargain and does not follow their own cancellation policies. Edit: Even after the owner responded to this review saying that they were going to finally cancel, it never happened. Just got a notification from my bank that they tried to charge the membership again. The classes are solid and the staff is generally friendly, but be warned—cancelling your membership is an absolute nightmare. Since Coach Natalie left, the overall management has noticeably declined. Classes are frequently cancelled with very short notice, and some class times have been removed from the schedule altogether. W... read more
The workouts are excellent and the coaches are great. However, I have spent the last 23 days trying to get a hold of the owner so I can cancel my account. (Note: the only reason I am cancelling is because I'm moving away) When I go to class, I talk to the coach, but they are unable to help me - only the owner is. They told me they have nudged the owner multiple times over the last few weeks and this still isn't resolved. I never post reviews for anything, but this is unacceptable.
Best gym for getting into and staying in shape. I've seen members as young as 13 and as old as 70. They will help and/or modify anything you need to prevent injuries, work with you if you have any, and won't just push you past your limits
