It took them a while to get started servicing my yard, but once they did, they've done a great job. They show up reliably every week and the yard looks great. Communication can be spotty at times because they're so busy and they're a local small business. But they're the most reliable yard crew I've been able to work with.
It's the best.
Mike at the desk let me down. My truck was unable to get back to pick up my second load of firewood. We talked about my unfortunate situation. I thought he would set my payed for wood aside for me. No he did not. So they sold my paid for wood to someone else. When I connected Mike he said he only had hickory wood. Much more expensive than what I was I thought being held. I wanted to post a REALLY GREAT experience I had with the CYS maintenance crew last week. I was speaking with a neighbor on the front step of my home, when the maintenance crew drove up for my weekly lawn maintenance. The guys patiently stood and waited while I visited with my neighbors. They didnt just start mowing and blowing leaves with us standing there, nor did they make me feel rushed to get out of they way. It was a small gesture, but a very meaningful one, and I appreciated it! Thank you CYS maintenance crew!
