I’ve never had a problem here before, but it really sucks that there’s only teenagers who work here and absolutely no adults yesterday I went to go wash my car. There was really nobody there super slow. I got out and selected what kind of car wash I wanted. First of all, shout out to Mr. Sebastian! It’s his customer service specifically that motivated me to stay with this car wash long term to service my vehicles. The hiring manager should be very proud of their decision of bringing Sebastian’s skill set to their team!
I love this car wash!!! Today Israel and Sabastian responded to my request and took their already outstanding service to the next level. Great customer service. I highly recommend them!
Now the manager who was really trying to get quality work from the employees has left. Very poor, only half of the windshield was brushed. The person never went to the passenger side of the windshield or the back of the car to clean the back window. We have had to go through twice every time the last few times. Today three people went through twice right after we did. Previous first time through left lots of bug smears on the windshield and front of car.
