It's is very expensive and doesn't clean your car fully. I have been through there a few times, and my vehicles are not clean. The reason for the 2 stars is the vacuums, air spryers, and the clothes that they provide to help dry your vehicle.
There car wash scratched my truck and they take no responsibility sent a picture back even showing it was scratched in their wash and after they closed the wash to fix something after I went through and went to file the claim . They also used the age of my vehicle as another reason . I would not recommend using them if you value your ride as they sure don’t they are in it only for money and your monthly subscription
We had the worst experience at this car wash, which is a shame because we really liked the wash. We got a membership on opening day and we were super excited because it seemed like it would be so convenient. Little did we know, it would be months of nothing but a headache during our membership. My car would not register when I pulled up to get a wash. It would say “your membership is expired”. People are great.... wash wasnt, truck came out dirty in many places... rims weren't even touched....
