The wash was great and the man who helped named Lauro was very helpful and respectful!
I was also scammed by one of their workers. He said the credit card machine wasn't working, but it would be $10. It showed on my card on $20. I contested it and never went back. Now I see these guys have been charging $20 to my card for 4 months (without me signing up for anything). I am contesting it with my card. This place is bad news! They don't know how to treat customers. I'll go to the carwash by Safeway, not great, but I don't get scammed
I was told I was singing up for a one time one month membership. Never once told it was on an auto renewal and would be charged $35. I took my brand new 2026 vehicle here and noticed several deep scratches all over after two washes and never brought it back. Buyer beware! Response to owner: the pregnant girl who sold this to me DID NOT explain that. Maybe you should inform the kids to be more upfront with the details.
