great car wash everyone here is really nice and everytime i come through they always welcome with a smile and wave love how the vaccums are free too!
I honestly don't really know what rating to give. I've been going to this car wash and referred many people to since it opened. But lately I have been really disappointed in the quality of wash, customer service, and just overall functionality. The past 6 months at least there has not been anyone there to wipe the windows after the wash any time I have stopped in. And in that same time frame the soap isn't being washed off fully, leading to spots and weird coloration left on windows and paint. The vacuums were down for weeks... read more
When this place opened a few years ago it was great. lately it has been run into the ground. The equipment very seldom works and seems to always be out of order. The so-called manager or assistant manager "he claims" is in need of some serious customer service skills!...this is not a good representation for Champion Xpress! UPDATE: July 1, 2026 low and behold, came in to wash my truck today and of course the whole place is closed down again this is the 3rd time in less than a month.
