Told girl to make sure to get bugs off front of car she only did drivers side, so drove backup and told her she didnt get bugs off front passenger side again she only did drivers side again ,then 3rd time she said she would have to get mangers permission to run through a 3rd time she couldn't find him so I left, very poor customer service.
I’m deeply disappointed in my experience with Champion Xpress Carwash — not because of the local staff, who have always been kind and helpful, but because of the way corporate and claims management handled a serious incident. My vehicle’s bumper was ripped off during a wash, and instead of stopping the system, it was left to spin inside the machinery for nearly 30 minutes, while other vehicles continued to go through — worsening the damage and putting other customers at risk.
