The worst services at the Hwy 491 location in Gallup NM. The management is below par, leaves untrained individual to handle customers. Never fails, one individual is handling customers who seems to not now how to handle most issues, another at the wash site, and one drying. We have been in line over 15 minutes waiting for the individual who suppose to be at the sentence, but there no one there.
