I used to like this place but they got a new manager and now he’s the only one working and he’s pushy. I’ll probably take my business somewhere else because of him .
I’m incredibly frustrated with the management here. They are currently running a promotion for $25.00 unlimited car washes for life, which sounds like a great deal—unless you’re actually a loyal customer. I’m already a member paying $35.00 a month, but when I tried to switch to the promo rate, they flat-out refused to let me have it because I’m an existing member. I switched over to champion a couple of months ago and do not regret it! From the unlimited rags to the mat cleaners, this switch over has been satisfying. I have an interaction with an employee about every time I go and they compliment my car all the time and it makes my day honestly. The interaction I had today though stood out.
