Edit: Aziriya was very kind had great customer service didn't rush my vechicle through the car wash that was very much appreciated. Had an issue with my account but Carlos B with customer service had it taken care of he was very nice and had amazing customer service. Great job champion car wash for hiring such an amazing employee this is a reason I will stick with champion car wash from now customer service makes a company who they are. So thank you Carlos B appearciate it.
Major damage occurred to my vehicle in their wash & they won't even work with me to fix it. Something sheared the metal back & took the paint off causing thousands in damage. Because they can't 'find' what did this in the wash, appearantly it's not their fault at all. Absolutely horrible. I am sure none of these people would want the same treatment.
Expensive! Basic wash starts for 14$! But it doesn't do good job. The suction of the vacuum is not that strong. If you go to quickshine basic wash is 10$. Plus cleans far better.
