Excellent service
Excellent customer service here at our Edgewood wash. We have 2 memberships and got them at the super cheap promotional deal and we're expecting to cancel once it hit the regular rate, however, customer service is so good and everyone's always friendly here so we decided to keep our memberships. Dominic has helped me personally several times (plate changes/account & payment updates) and is knowledgeable about the deals/rates/promotions and always professional. Some day I'll get a nice car and a membership for myself as well.... read more
Staff is very friendly, BUT…… Did not get my truck clean. Paid for the top notch wash… skipped the tire polish… definitely get more bang for your buck going to a quarter wash…. There is a reason they try to cram the unlimited washes down your throat, because you have to run your vehicle through multiple times to get it cleaned.
Always a good experience!
