I have been a monthly member since the car wash opened. I really enjoy the interaction with the staff at the car wash as well as my account rep Ralph who handles the fleet accounts. Champion has continued their expansion in our market and continues to add locations.
New manager so the store is looking better running better and has better service than before highly recommend

I have been a monthly member since the car wash opened. I really enjoy the interaction with most of the employees and back office I have worked with. Recently we had an incident in the car wash and was found liable, which I disagree with. The claims department sent us the report that Champion completed, the account of the accident read verbatim "employee sent cars to close together in wash causing cars to hit each other in wash". The guys tending to our vehicle were exceptional. Driving from Dallas, we had big guts all over the front end of our vehicle.. looked like it hadn’t been washed in a year. They made sure to soak, scrub and soak again before we enters the tunnel. Was thinking we would have to go back through again, but one really good scrub and one pass did it. Oh and there is another guy that drys the windows and mirrors before you head out! Now this is fabulous service!
