If I could give zero stars I would. BEWARE! I went in for a car wash months ago and was signed up for a subscription I did not authorize, they used my car's license plate number to sign me up; and my credit card for auto payments- all without me knowing. I went to my CC to dispute charges which they reversed! These places are a scam and should not be allowed to sign you up without consent.
Staff are friendly and washes are good
Good wash, good hard working staff. My only complaint is when other customers blast their music which bothers me and my special needs daughter. I asked the staff if he could tell him to turn it down, but unfortunately he said his hands were tied. Hopefully this will catch someone's attention so something could be done about that particular problem from inconsiderate people.
Here is a company response to an accident caused by their equipment at this location due to the design of the car wash exit. When I asked for a copy of my accident report they pulled out of a 2 inch stack. I guess everyone is at fault other than the owners!
