If you go into the office at Champion, my picture is probably on the wall as the "Most Clueless Customer." I couldn't figure out how to pay, didn't know how to enter the car wash correctly...and caused a bit of a backup. Fortunately, two very nice employees helped me --- one to help process my payment, the other to direct me as to the correct way to enter the tunnel. Hats off to them; they were patient and helpful. My vehicle is now clean and I now know what I'm doing for next time. Hopefully! :-)
I've never seen such dishonesty and deception in my life. I went in for the $26 Car Wash and the guy says for that amount you can have as many washers as you want for that month. A month later I looked up my bank statement and there was a charge from them for $44. I called my bank customer service and they said they have a lot of complaints about the way they do business. Apparently what happens they sign you up without you knowing for a year and charge it to your account. So you better watch your bank statement for unauthor... read more
