Champion Xpress Carwash has definitely improved over time. Their customer service has continued to get better, and it really shows. There’s a new manager now, and she is very attentive, friendly, and clearly making a positive difference in the overall experience. I'm 40 and this is the best customer service I've experienced at a car wash in my life. I highly recommend getting the monthly unlimited wash plan.
