Zero stars. Worst customer service ever! Have to honk to be noticed. The promo never worked! Just pass this champion. All the men who work the front have never showed such unkindness.
Started coming to this location because the one on universe has gone to hell. This one is much better.
I have a monthly membership which I chose instead of Misters monthly membership specifically because they said they dry your car with towels after a wash. I have now been here multiple times where they have no one drying within the last hour they are open. The last time I came through I asked if they had anyone drying and quite a while before they closed they said “we’re trying to go home.” If no one has to do their job within the last hour why are they even open? Considering cancelling membership and going elsewhere.
