Ive been through this car wash several times. Bugs and dirt always remain after the wash. You have to go through twice in order to get the bugs and dirt off your vehicle. Sometimes that doesn’t even work. Then they ask for a tip when purchasing your car wash. A tip for what? Doing your job!

Don't go there if you have a Jeep! The wash equipment peeled paint right off the door hinges of my brand-new Jeep, and their support team refused to do anything about it. I am beyond disgusted and will no longer take any of my vehicles there, despite having been a customer for more than 4 years.

I was charged $40.99 for a “membership” I never signed up for. I used this business one time while visiting Colorado and paid in full—there was no mention of any recurring charges or membership enrollment. This raises serious concerns about how this company handles billing. Charging customers without clear authorization is unacceptable. For a $22 car wash, I expect that at a minimum all chunks of bird poop would be removed. The guy with the 8-foot wet brush went over my hood missing the bird poop. After going through the wash, the lady drying my car at the end of the wash recommended going through a second time. As you can see, the guys at the beginning of the wash went over the hood of my car missing the very obvious bird poop a second time.
