These people ROCK! For them to be a third party store for Sprint/Nextel they seem to care more about the customers than Sprint does. They are friendly and committed to making the customer happy! If they can fix the problem you are having then it can be done! (ask for Ana)
This is a third party store to Sprint and if they do anything wrong to your phone then sprint can't help you. I went in with just a simple problem with my phone and they broke my phone and didn't even take the responsiblity for it and expected me to pay $100 dollars to replace a phone I hadn't even had for 6 months.I went in with one problem and came out with an extra problem.
